“REFUND POLICY”
we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be fair and reasonable in our refund process.
- Course/Workshop Registration:
- If the society cancels a course/workshop, a full refund will be issued.
- No refunds will be issued for withdrawals on or after the course/workshop start date.
- Online Courses:
- No refunds will be issued for online courses once access has been granted.
- If an online course is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
- Research/Consultancy Services:
- If the society is unable to deliver research/consultancy services as agreed, a full refund will be
issued. - If a client cancels research/consultancy services, a refund will be issued based on the work completed,
with a minimum cancellation fee of 20%.
- Membership/Subscription:
- No refunds will be issued for membership/subscription fees once paid.
- General: – Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
- The society reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
