“REFUND POLICY”
we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be fair and reasonable in our refund process.

  1. Course/Workshop Registration:
  • If the society cancels a course/workshop, a full refund will be issued.
  • No refunds will be issued for withdrawals on or after the course/workshop start date.
  1. Online Courses:
  • No refunds will be issued for online courses once access has been granted.
  • If an online course is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
  1. Research/Consultancy Services:
  • If the society is unable to deliver research/consultancy services as agreed, a full refund will be
    issued.
  • If a client cancels research/consultancy services, a refund will be issued based on the work completed,
    with a minimum cancellation fee of 20%.
  1. Membership/Subscription:
  • No refunds will be issued for membership/subscription fees once paid.
  1. General: – Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
  • The society reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
